Another fab night for my extended 50th birthday!
So in class I always forget the names of the body parts when teaching so I happen to receive this from one of my gorgeous yogis … a yoga outfit with all the names of the body parts on it to remind me 🤣🤣🤣 I love you Lisa Warren best pressnt ever 🤍🧘🏻
