I am absolutely blown away by this woman’s dedication, commitment, and the care she brings to her health journey. She has shown up consistently, both in our 1-2-1 sessions and at home — strength training, hitting her step goals, and preparing balanced, nourishing meals. She’s learned to remove unnecessary calories that were no longer serving her, and the results speak for themselves ❤️
