I'm thinking of trialling a small monthly body-composition check-in locally.
I’m considering setting up a low-key, non-medical body composition check-in for people who want clearer feedback on how their training or lifestyle is changing their body over time.
This wouldn’t be coaching or selling — just a baseline snapshot you can repeat every few months if useful.
Before I commit to equipment and venues, I want to check genuine interest.
