All these students you see here, once thought they weren’t enough, they thought they weren’t fit enough, fast enough, strong enough, etc…and now here they all are in Black Belt Club 🥋

What our martial arts classes at The Factory teach you is, as long as you show up, do your best, work hard and have fun…THAT’S ENOUGH! 🥋
Will it be easy? NO! Will it be worth it? ABSOLUTELY 💯

Great adults class tonight, we welcomed some of our younger students turning 16 to their first adults class, they smashed it, well done guys 👏…(can’t believe we have some our our original Lil Dragons moving to adults classes, where has the time gone? 😱)

We will be adding edged weapons training to our self defence soon for our teens students, so this training couldn’t come at a better time…get yourself booked on, it’s FREE! But spaces are limited…

🥊 WE’RE BACK! 🥋🔥

After our summer break, adult classes are back today and we’re ready to get stuck in! 💪

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on the mats, catching up and getting back into training…if you’re still away enjoying the last of the summer holidays, we’ll see you when you’re back! ☀️😎

After a couple of weeks off, that first session back can sometimes feel like the hardest one. Your fitness might feel a little rusty, motivation might not quite be there, and the sofa might seem like the better option 😂

Don’t overthink it…just turn up and give it your best🥋

You don’t need to be fit before you come back. You don’t need to wait until you’re “ready”. Get through the door, get the gloves on and the rest will follow 👊

Welcome to The Factory Martial Arts 🥋

We’ve had lots of new followers recently, so wanted to say hi and let you know what we’re all about ❤️

Here at The Factory we teach martial arts (kickboxing to be exact), with a fun mix of life and safety skills…

We believe in a safe and inclusive environment above all else, and our coaches are all DBS checked, qualified and come from an education background…

We have fun filled classes for all children aged 3-18yrs and we have adults classes too…

We don’t believe in fighting! Strange for a martial arts club I know, but we believe in teaching real world self defence skills rather than offering fighting opportunities…

We are open this week, and are then closed for two weeks for the summer break, but we’d love to see you in a class in Sept…
