My recommendations for a healthy heart is to stay clear of fad, quick fix, diets. A Mediterranean diet full of fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, good fats, poultry, herbs, nuts & seeds. Plus, of course, regular exercise. Strength training two to three times a week plus 30 mins of general movement every day. Regarding both food & exercise find what you enjoy. You are more likely to stick to these new healthy habits.
