Reset & Recover (Easter Special)
The "Antidote" to your Long Weekend. 🧘♀️✨
Whether you are cooling down from our morning Barre session or simply need to hit the "reset" button after the Easter break, this restorative class is designed to help you move better and feel lighter.
At PL Studios, we believe recovery is just as important as the work. In this special 60-minute session, we move beyond basic stretching to target the body’s connective tissue and nervous system.
What we do:
Fascial Gliding & Rolling:
Use foam rollers to "unstick" tight spots and hydrate your tissues.
TRX & Barre Traction:
Utilise equipment to safely decompress the spine and create space in the joints.
Restorative Yoga: Slow, calming movements to lower cortisol and melt away tension.
The Result:
You’ll leave feeling taller, more mobile, and completely recharged for the week ahead.
Note: This is a low-intensity, "no-sweat" class. All levels and bodies are welcome. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
