Hey ladies - 🚨 CLASS CANCELLED 🚨

Looking at the forecast, it’s only getting hotter and hotter for both sessions this week, and I just don’t feel it’s right to run classes with the risk of heat exhaustion.

It would be a different story if we had a bit more air circulation, even with the door open 😣

Sadly, I will be cancelling this week’s sessions and letting you know early so you can make other plans. I’ve already had messages from some of you who are concerned about the heat during sessions, and I completely understand.

If you’re booked on, please let me know when you’d like me to move your session to. If I don’t hear from you, I’ll automatically add it onto the end of your current block or move it to next week’s session. 🫶🏼

I’m so sorry, ladies. Never in my Boogie career have I had to cancel three sessions in one year because it’s been TOO HOT in the UK! Absolutely wild! 😩☀️

I’ll also make a post and share it across all chats and socials.

🚨 Let’s talk about the question so many women are too embarrassed to ask… 🚨

“What if I wee myself while bouncing?” 😳💦

Honestly? You’re not alone. It’s one of the biggest concerns I hear from ladies who are thinking about coming to class for the first time.

But here’s what I want you to know…

❤️ There is absolutely NO judgement at Boogie Bounce.

Many women experience leaks when exercising, laughing, sneezing, coughing or jumping. It’s far more common than people realise, and it should never stop you from enjoying fitness.

The good news? Regular bouncing can actually help strengthen your pelvic floor over time, and many ladies notice improvements the more consistently they attend classes.

Please don’t avoid drinking water before or during class because you’re worried. Staying hydrated is so important, especially during exercise! Bring your water bottle, take breaks when you need to, and if you need a quick loo stop, simply go. Nobody bats an eyelid.

And if wearing a Tena Lady or similar product gives you extra confidence while you get started, then do it! Confidence comes first. 🩷

At the end of the day, we’re all here for the same reason: to have fun, get fitter, feel stronger and enjoy an hour that’s all about us.

So don’t let the fear of “what if?” stop you from giving Boogie Bounce a try. You might just surprise yourself. 💪✨
