1️⃣ Hydrate properly – Water, creatine, electrolytes. Your body can’t perform on empty.
2️⃣ Move daily – Lift. Walk. Stretch. Swim. Consistency is key.
3️⃣ Nourish with purpose – Don’t just count calories… make your calories count. Eat variety. Fuel performance. Support recovery.
4️⃣ Prioritise sleep – 7–9 hours. Recovery is where the magic happens.
5️⃣ Train with intention – Every rep has a purpose. Control the tempo. Own the movement. Full range. Real intensity. No going through the motions.
