Why train with me? π€
Well of course there's the usual reasons of 'smashing goals' and 'regaining confidence' ππ»
But here's 3 simple yet unconventional reasons to train with me
1. IT WON'T BE BORING
Whether your brand new to fitness or a seasoned veteran, I guarantee I can teach you new ways of training.
Forget the whole 4 sets of 12 π I'd get you doing something interesting to help you reach your goals....tough but interesting. So many people plateau with their training, I can put an end to that πͺπ»
2. YOU GET YOUR OWN STUDIO FOR AN HOUR
Theres two common feelings that people get in the mainstream gyms, the first is that they're worried others are looking and judging them π§ the second is a sense of irritation when all the equipment they want to use is taken π€
Well there's no chance of that here this facility is only open for PT and classes, so you can exercise in peace and with any equipment you want at any time, whether it's the treadmills/bike/cables/squat rack
3. GAIN A FRIEND FOR LIFE
Anyone who knows me understands that I'm a talker π
yes I'll train you hard, ensure you get those extra reps and push you to go that little faster on the bike, but I'll also keep you entertained.
Yes it can be serious, but we laugh, joke, talk about life and offer each other advice. You can treat me as your training buddy / amateur therapist, it's a safe space in my studio. Clients have vented about work, talked about their mental health issues or even chatted about TV & movies.
Point is I'm not here to scream and berate you, I don't make the session feel like a chore, training can be fun in the right environment π
