On behalf of the charity -
Our Vision
This next step will help us build recognition and expand our fundraising efforts. My annual golf day will form part of a wider initiative to support both local and national charities. I look forward to your support in helping our charity grow and make a meaningful difference.
Charities Supported
Our chosen charities for 2026 are Alzheimer’s Society and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Special Mention
I would also like to support The Severn Hospice in Telford, which cared for my father-in-law during his final days after a sudden illness. Dave and his golfing team have supported us over the past two years, and we look forward to raising a glass or two in his honour
Event Details
Date: Wednesday 23rd September
Tee time: 1.00pm
Venue: Aston Wood Golf Club, Blake Street, Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield B74 4EU
Format: 18-hole sh***un start, competition provided on the day
Team availability: 20 four-balls; official handicaps and a team name are required
Hospitality and Activities
Pre-golf refreshments: 11.30am coffee and bacon roll
Post-golf meal: two-course evening meal
Club cleaning: available on the day for a charitable donation
Quiz: Heads & Tails standing quiz before the evening meal
On the green: putting competition
Prize giving: team and individual awards
Raffle: all golfers are invited to donate a raffle prize on the day
Auctions: held after the evening meal and throughout the year
