What are you grateful for today? 🙏

I'll start, I am grateful for my families health (experiencing my 4 year old's mood changes as per her natural development - this is my gentle reminder to myself too haha), spending quality time with my 2 year old, getting up for an early run with Bons, even witnessing a *slither* of sunrise & of course, the incredible colours of trees at the moment 🍂

Hello lovely ones 😍

It's been a while since I've shared much on here (probably since my last re-introduction 😅) so thought I would pop in to say a proper hello!

It has been an honour to get back to teaching again this year & I am so excited to be teaching another glorious Yin & Yoga Nidra this Friday (currently sold out (but December date is available).

Amid these classes this year, I have been taking some quiet time (as quiet as it can be with 2 gorgeous girls 🩷) to rest, recalibrate & to gather new inspiration.

Now as the seasons turn again, I am feeling ready to re-emerge & have some new classes, workshops & ways to connect in the making.

I am so excited to bring to you all that I have learnt about living & practicing in alignment with both the seasons of Nature & the season that you are in!

You can expect yoga, mindful & slow living, van life adventures, family life & rhythms & moving with the natural flow of life.

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on this page… had a couple of babies & a little “break” from teaching!
BUT excited to be back teaching Seasonal Workshops & 🤞🏼 Yin & Yoga Nidra too!
