A big welcome to ✨ Katie Whittle ✨ joining us to teach her awesome Barre Fitness Classes

You can join Katie's Barre Fitness classes on:
Fridays @ 11am

Katie has a great wealth of experience in all things fitness, her Barre Fitness classes bring a combination of ballet inspired movements, Pilates and yoga. A balanced combo of targeted, low-impact / high-reps movements that will help build endurance and strength all at once.
You can expect high intensity, yet easy on the joints, so perfect for all levels, ages and abilities.

Starting fresh for this month with new goals and challenges....who’s with me??

This pose Ardha Chandra Chapasana ( Sugar Cane pose ) Ive been really working on.. its not perfect at all.. but I’m slowly slowly working on it.

I’m putting this picture up today as a progression picture.. and seeing how much I may progress in a few weeks or months time :) I love seeing progression not just when I train my clients on a weekly basis with their goals but also in my practice aswel!

Just a little snippet of some of the exercises I do in my classes..
The use of the Pilates ball and the hand weights really ramp up a barre workout! Which I LOVE to do.
