Sad to report that Seb, one of our key players, suffered a broken leg playing in the National CP League last weekend, which required surgery. Our best wishes for a speedy recovery go out to him, and we'll miss him at this weekends CP Challenge Trophy.

The team had a superb tournament today at the 2024 CP Challenge Trophy, progressing through the group stages, semi finals and final in Tier 1, narrowly missing out on the winners Trophy on penalties to a very good Ireland squad!

Fantastic efforts lads, well done!

It's full steam ahead for us now, building towards a couple of cp friendly fixtures and followed by the CP Challenge Trophy at Warwick University in March!

Another entertaining trip saw us head down to Bridgwater at the weekend to play CP Utd, WBA and of course our hosts SW CP.
A cracking day was had with all the teams being really closely matched (as evidenced by the draws!!), with good competitive games and very well organised teams on show.
Thanks to all at SW CP for hosting the day, you know who you are! See you at our place in December!

Had a cracking afternoon down near Southampton, hosted by Blackfield & Langley FC.
Brilliant friendly atmosphere, some great football all round, and a bbq to boot! Thanks so much to Peter and his colleagues for organising and inviting us down, we'll see you at our place soon!

Well the season is wrapped up for Surrey CP FC now, following a visit from our good friends from Hamble FC last night, who came up to us for a cracking friendly fixture at our Wandgas Sports Club home ground. Good luck to Hamble in their approaching trip to Barcelona, while we now take a well earned summer break.

Training resumes in September for us, new trips and teams to try out, and hopefully a few new faces might join us too! We're always on the lookout for new cerebral palsy and pan disability players, so get in touch if that's you or you know someone who's interested in coming along!

Had a great day down at Totton FC for the Brendon66 tournament today. I was really pleased with the way our guys played, they worked hard and only narrowly missed out on 2nd place amongst some strong pan teams. Particularly pleasing was coming back from 2-0 down against the eventual winners, drawing 2-2 with a cracking team move for the equaliser!
Well done lads, and thanks to Jamie and his crew for running a very well organised event!

We had a really enjoyable trip down to Bridgwater this weekend to play at the SW CP home ground in a multi team pan tournament /festival. Short of players but it didn't matter as the other teams there were brilliant in lending us a few at times, and it makes for a cracking camaraderie!
Thanks to Julie, Jane and their volunteer colleagues, and the SWCP lads who helped run the day. And accepted this old boy into their team in one of their games!!! Thanks all!
