Back to our full timetable of classes this week plus a dance rehearsal and 2 dance shows on Sunday 🤩 going to be chocka block but I'm excited!

People always ask me if I exercise on holiday...answer is yes! A few years ago I got so bloated half way through the holiday, so the answer is to gym 🤷‍♀️ That way I can keep on drinking at midday 🤣🤣 I dont do much but it it helps...
I used to put on about 9 pounds every holiday...now half a pound was all...plus u sweat it out sunbathing 😉
