The new treadmills will let you walk, sprint, run, and maybe even step on an incline ... if you're so inclined! This upgrade is part of a full cardio kit install, which will be completed next week. There will be minimal disruption, but if you have any questions, just ask a team member.

Car park update! You can park for free for up to 3 hours at JD Gyms Sunderland 🚗👏

Here's how it works:

✅ Members get 3 hours free parking without the need to validate. Just park up and hit the gym!

⌚ Need to extend this to 4 hours free? Simply input your car reg into the tablet in the gym if you want to extend your stay to 4 hours.

Please note: overstaying will result in a parking fine. The car park is not owned or managed by us, so please ensure you read all relevant signage and are up to speed with the new rules.

We have a pull-up banner inside the gym to remind you and you'll find the new tablet for reg input on our sign-up desk 💻
