Hiya guys welcome to week 8 and today's karate lesson is about practicing your kicking technique. Every kick I want you to practice slow then build it up over time I've any a gd website to use to help yous to achieve this. Please also practice the other stuff from previous lessons as this will help towards gradings as well as kata. Stay safe hope to see yous all soon

This page will help you learn a variety of basic Karate kicks such as Mawashi Geri (roundhouse kick) and Ushiro Geri (back kick). It also lists the Japanese names for these Karate kicking techniques.
