Why haven't YOU achieved your goals?
My clients do.

Lets be real here, everyone has a list of excuses.
"I can't make time to workout"
"I can't lose weight"
"I don't have time"
"I don't know what i'm doing"
"I can't put on weight"

Quit with the bu****it excuses.

You mean to tell me that you don't have 15-30 minutes of free time in your day?

You mean to tell me that you can't lose weight but wont watch what your eating?

You mean to tell me you have enough time to read this post but don't have the capacity to research what to do or pay a professional to fine tune a program for you?

ALL YOUR EXCUSES ARE LIES. These lies you tell yourself to make you feel better about yourself. To convince yourself there's no other way. It's all BS.

Down below is my client John. John lost over 2 Stone (14+kg) in just 2 months. John didn't restrict what he ate (he actually started eating 4x more that he was previously), John just worked hard and left the fine details to a professional.

ON FAILING

Hey guys, Jamie here.

As you can see, I failed on my set, and this is OKAY!! It's part of the process!! You can't score PR's everyday! Some days you lose. Some days, just getting out of bed and dragging yourself down to the gym when your tired is a win!! Don't let it get you down! Instead view it as a challenge to work towards!!

That's right, I've lost 1kg in a week while still eating all the foods I love

Alright guys so, what's the only thing that causes weight loss?

A Calorie deficit. Not fat burners or T-boosters or any of that garbage.

As long as you're eating less than you burn, day to day. You will lose weight. When focusing on fat loss that's when things get more complicated. That's when your macronutients come into play (protein, carbs, fats). But here's the thing about the human body, as far as it knows it can't tell the difference between protein from meat or plants.

Protein is just protein. So if it's results were looking for while dieting we just need to ensure we are getting in the right numbers of protein, carbs, and fats from our foods, whatever they may be. Once we hit those results will come.

That being said we still need the micronutrients from healthy sources. So although you can eat what you want I suggest eating 80% clean foods and then enjoying your spare 20%. For me, that's poptarts, I've cream, chocolate and a pizza for my re-feed meal.

Simple, easy, and enjoyable.

Story time kids,

Today I was in the grocery store, getting my general shop in. In cutting fat at the moment so it's all mostly healthy stuff with a few treats.

Along the way I meet one of the lads that I used to work with in a nightclub, and then again in another bar. Only he was stocking shelves there, at minimum wage, in a job he doesnt like.

Both of us given the same oppertunities, same chances to improve, if anything he was better off than I was as his qualifications were for this country and not another like mine. But what set us apart? How come I'm in my dream job and he's stocking shelves?

Simply put, work ethic.

Every damn day, I showed up an hour early. I stayed late, I went over and beyond when I didn't have to. While he was drinking his money away, I grounded, saved up, paid for my own qualification. Then gave up my free time to studying and classes.

I grounded my arse to bone with work. And it all paid off. Meanwhile he's stuck in the same rut he's always been in.

Don't get too comfortable guys. Work as hard as you can for a better future. And I promise it will pay off.

Both with your fitness goals and Work!
