First week of February.
The January hype has faded 🫠

And for many, old habits and routines have quietly crept back in 👀

And here’s the good news…

🗓 Important Change to Wednesdays (effective from Wed 11th January)
From now on, Wednesday evenings will look slightly different:

7:00pm – Bags & Pads

7:30pm – Stretch & Flex (Pilates-style session)

These sessions will replace Fatburn Extreme and will also replace Wednesday Kickboxing at Harraton.

Classes are as normal tonight.
