Options to PT on a 1 to 1 basis as well.

The circuit was an 8 station circuit, we worked for 3 rounds.

Round 1: 40/20
Round 2: 45/15
Round 3: 50/10

Monday’s 6pm Body Sculpt Class 🖤🌈

The workout was as follows:

- Front Raise —> Lateral Raise
- Alternate Lunges
- RDL’s
- Push Ups —> Plank Pass
