⚽️ Long-term PROformance athlete Albert has completed the move to Romania 🇷🇴, joining the prestigious Academia Germana de Fotbal in Bucharest. We’re looking forward to watching Albert’s progression from a far 🙌🏼

PROformance athletes, the floor is yours 😮‍💨🔥

The team have been working extremely hard since our last Testing Week in April, thinking of ways to bring our community of athletes together and create a fun, competitive and challenging environment where everyone has the same vision, to become better 💪

Tomorrow, we’re so excited to roll out our brand new LIVE leaderboards 📈

Athletes’ scores will be updated instantly and displayed on the TVs, bringing a whole new level of competition and atmosphere to Testing Week 👀

We’ve also installed a PB bell 🔔 which we’re expecting to hear A LOT over the next week!

We’re sooo excited to finally see everything come to life tomorrow.

The work has been done. Now it’s time to put it to the test ✅

After an incredible playing career, Coach Kenzie has decided to hang up his boots and begin an exciting new chapter with PROformance full-time.

Kenzie has lived the dream that so many of our young athletes aspire to. From signing a professional contract, representing his country, and competing at the professional level for the last 10 years, he brings a wealth of experience. Those experiences will now be passed on every day to the next generation of athletes.

As PROformance continues to grow, Kenzie will now be available Monday to Friday and will take on increased responsibility across the day-to-day running of the business, playing a key role in shaping the future of PROformance.

From the day he first walked through our doors, Kenzie has brought incredible energy, passion and professionalism to everything he does. Securing him in a full-time role is a huge step forward for the business and another example of our commitment to providing our athletes with the highest quality coaching possible.

Congratulations on an unbelievable playing career. We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved and we’re even more excited about what comes next 🙌🏼

Introducing the newest member of the PROformance team… Coach Nathan 🔥

We’re delighted to welcome Nathan to the PROformance team.

Nathan is a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach with a wealth of experience working across youth and senior sport.

Qualifications:
• MSc Strength & Conditioning for Performance & Rehabilitation
• BSc (Hons) Strength & Conditioning

Experience:
Nathan has previously worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at City of Sunderland Swimming Club, alongside coaching athletes privately across a wide range of sports including football, rugby, cricket, athletics, gymnastics, netball, tennis and GT racing.

Sporting Background:
Outside of coaching, Nathan is a competitive sprinter with over 10 years of experience, bringing first-hand insight into speed development and athletic performance.
