• Gil and her mum played a huge part in helping Graham learn to swim.
• Graham went on to coach Luke.
• And today, Luke is paying it forward by teaching Graham's son!

It's Drowning Prevention Week, and our theme this week is Water Safety. 🛟

Throughout the week, we'll be helping our swimmers build important lifesaving skills and sharing simple tips that can help keep children safe in and around water.

Because learning to swim is about more than strokes...it's about confidence, awareness and staying safe. 💜

"Travel Week" sounds like a brilliant theme for our Manager, especially when paired with a classic game like the car wash, that one is always an absolute hit for getting kids confident with water over their heads. 🚗

Meet Georgina! 🌟

When Georgina is at the pool, her absolute favorite time of the year is Sea Creatures Week, where she loves bringing the mysteries of the ocean right to the water for the kids! But her passion for the marine world doesn't stop at the pool. 🐬
When she isn't teaching swimming, you will almost certainly find Georgina at the beach. She has a brilliant knack for turning the coast into a living laboratory, blending geography, biology, chemistry, and physics into hands-on, beach-based science experiences.
Georgina is also deeply committed to our local coastal community. She actively organise local beach safety initiatives, champions safe open-water swimming practices, and leads incredible guided swims. Whether she's teaching kids about ocean life in the pool or helping the community respect and enjoy the local waters safely, Georgina's energy and expertise make waves wherever she goes! 🛟

He loves using creative pool games to teach our swimmers the value of teamwork, friendly competition, and the benefits of staying active in a completely new environment.
