Monday 19:00
Tuesday 18:00
Thursday 18:00
Saturday 09:30
Sunday 10:00
All 45min to 1 hour sessions
Plus various times during school hours

Good morning all a lot of people will be thinking it’s about time I lost a bit weight , get a little fitter and make a better you 👍

Don’t be put off by joining a gym they are not that intimidating once you walk through the door 👍

Myself I work from the The Gym Group Sunderland South but also train in if I’m around don’t hesitate to ask advice I’m very approachable so I’ve been told 😊
