Walking is a simple habit that can have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing (and it’s completely free)!!

It’s an easy way to add more movement into your day and it’s one of those things that requires very little effort but can give you the greatest return. Even 10-15 minutes can make such a difference.

It doesn’t always have to be about hitting a step goal. It’s about taking time away from your phone, getting outside, connecting with nature and simply moving your body🌿✨

This topic came up on today’s call, and I think it’s something a lot of us can relate to.

How many times have you set yourself a goal, convinced yourself this time will be different... only to find yourself in exactly the same place a few months later?

Over time it affects your self confidence and the trust you have in yourself.

It doesn’t have to stay that way. You’re more than capable of achieving the goals you’ve set.

Sometimes it isn’t about trying harder, but it’s about having the right plan, the right systems, and the right support to help you follow through☁️✨

This topic came up on today’s call, and I think it’s something a lot of us can relate to.

The good news is, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Coaches always share their client wins and best bits which is GREAT of course, but it doesn’t necessarily reflect reality of the journey.

Progress isn’t necessarily going to be linear
Unaligned weeks or even months can happen but having a coach their to navigate and reframe can be a game changer

If this particular client gave up like she previously had in the past, it would’ve just been repeating the same behaviours and cycle and we wouldn’t have been in the position we are today, one steps closer to hitting her fat loss goal 👏🏼👏🏼
