For your Information :)
Dear LTA Registered Venues / LTA Accredited Coaches,
The LTA and Court Craft who deliver coach education across the North on behalf of the LTA, would really appreciate you promoting this opportunity, helping us to identify and support tennis and padel coaches from under-represented groups, including women, people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, and disabled people.
For those interested and identify as being in the above groups, if they can complete this application form as they would like to receive a possible coach grant (up to 50% of the core costs).
The LTA Court Craft funding will prioritise funding support towards people booking on:
LTA Instructor (Level 2) / Padel Instructor (Level 2)
For disabled people, grant funding is available across all qualifications: LTA Assistant (Level 1), LTA Instructor (Tennis or Padel, Level 2), and LTA Coach (Tennis or Padel, Level 3)
Once reviewed by Court Craft, successful candidates will be contacted and asked to complete a grant agreement document, which can be found here. Further information will also be shared about how the grant will be reimbursed on completion of core work linked to the relevant course.
The funding will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, along with learners meeting the grant policy requirements.
Some County Associations also offer further coach grant opportunities. If you would like to explore these in addition to LTA support, please go to our partner page and search for your respective County funding pages.
If they/you are seeking coach mentoring support rather than a grant, please contact [email protected] to discuss opportunities and to find Court Craft courses being delivered in 2026, please go here.
If you would like to discuss, or receive the information and application in a different format, please contact [email protected]
Best Wishes,
Sian
