The Chelsea Pensioners are leaving the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London and heading up North for a very special visit to Seaham and Sunderland this July!

๐Ÿ”ด Monday 6th July

The Chelsea Pensioners will be visiting East Durham Veterans Trust at The Glebe Centre, Seaham, for an afternoon of camaraderie, friendship, stories, and plenty of singing.

Everyone is welcome to join them, however spaces will be limited and booking will be required. Please message East Durham Veterans Trusts page for your ticket.

The Chelsea Pensioners will then travel to Quinnโ€™s Bar at the Stadium of Light for a very special breakfast event organised by Rob Scott.

Once again, everyone is welcome to attend and join Rob and the team in giving their distinguished visitors a warm North East welcome.

The Chelsea Pensioners are a cherished part of our nationโ€™s military heritage, and its a pleasure to be welcoming them to our region.

โค๏ธ Letโ€™s show them the very best of North East hospitality and give them a welcome theyโ€™ll never forget!

Unfortunately, due to a change in work commitments, we are going to have to postpone Saturdayโ€™s warm-up walk.

Our Tuesday evening walk will still go ahead as planned, and we look forward to seeing everyone who can make it.

Join us at the Beacon of Light from 5pm โ€“ 7pm for another relaxed evening of conversation, connection and support.

Brew & Banter takes place every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) and is open to veterans looking to meet others, share experiences, have a chat, or simply enjoy a brew in good company.

Whether youโ€™re a regular attendee or thinking about coming along for the first time, youโ€™ll be made very welcome.
