Mental Health Awareness Week starts today.

After raising over £10k last year for our charity partner CALM, our goal this year is £12,200 - a number that’s funds 1,000 life saving calls to their helpline.

You can get involved in a number of ways:

💜Purchase our CALM Class Pack for £30 - attend 3 Nurturing or Rest & Restore classes over the next 30days.

💜Attend our CALM x Hotpod Flow class at 2.30pm on Saturday 16th May with Elaine.

💜Support the cause by buying a special Hotpod CALM t-shirt or tote bag.

For Mental Health Awareness Week (11th-17th May) we’re continuing to support our charity partner CALM

As a special treat we’ve taken 2 of our favourite classes and merged them into 75mins of goodness

💜Saturday 16th May 2.30pm

A combination of Hotpod Flow and Nurturing, this session is designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Join Elaine for this special charity class, all proceeds going to CALM.

We love being located in such a busy leisure centre, right in the heart of the community but that sometimes means there’s other stuff going on too.

So if Friday is normally your yoga time, please book another class this week💜
