What a week we had last week … 🔥🔥💪 💦
2nd busiest of this year so far and in this heat 👏

Back at it from tomorrow with Kettlebell Circuits and Full Body Burn 🙌

ONLY CHANGE this week is that there’ll be NO KETTLEBELLS on THURSDAY evening as it’s my daughters prom 💚 ✨
