My training has been poor for the last two weeks, so I decided to get a coach myself & started my 8 week programme today, can already see my motivation levels fly up πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

This has give me the kick I needed & will be locked into this programme from now on,

If your in similar position to me or your just a bit lost with your training or lacking motivation, all it takes sometimes is to reset your training and start again on a new programme, this will completely change your mindset on training

This doesn’t have to be with a PT or an online coach but this will definitely keep you accountable and know you have something to work on every day

Mix your training up & make it exciting, don’t just go through the motions in every session

1 or 2 sessions a week on a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis. Other sessions can be given to do in your own time via an app πŸ“²

Times available ⏰
6am Tuesday and Thursday
7 + 8am Wednesday and Friday
5.30pm Wednesday
7.30pm Monday and Thursday

Functional πŸ› 

There aren’t many exercises more β€œfunctional” than a loaded carry, push and pull.

Strength, power, balance, muscular endurance etc etc all being worked within one exercise. To be functional is to have all of those and more imo πŸ—£
