Teesdale Triathlon 2026

We’re heading towards the final countdown to Teesdale Triathlon which is only 4 weeks away and just two weeks until entries close! A great chance for either an end of season race or a first try at triathlon in the beautiful County Durham countryside!

What can you expect from the day:

Participants will have the unique opportunity to swim in the tranquil, sheltered waters of Roker. It’s the perfect location for swimmers seeking a safe yet invigorating experience. And who knows - legend has it that the playful local dolphins may decide to make an appearance, adding a touch of magic to your swim!

Aquathlon Run
Scenic Coastal Adventure
For those taking on the Aquathlon, the event continues with a picturesque run along the headland paths. The route stretches towards Seaburn and back, offering panoramic views of the North Sea, and the dramatic coastline. The crisp sea air and breathtaking vistas will inspire you with every stride.

EASY PEASY PENSHAW! Everyone had the best fun running up and down and around the monument. By the end of summer our legs will be FIRE. 🔥
Tuesdays, 6:30pm, meet at the bottom of the steps, everyone welcome, free to join in, no club membership necessary.
