Well done to the London U14 Boys team on winning the Shield at the All Britain Féile 2026 in Birmingham at the weekend. We’re very proud of our Gael Londain players, Arthur, Luke, Aiden, Joseph & Finn, undefeated in all group matches and beating Hertfordshire U15s in the Final! Well done boys! 💚🤍

Thank you to everyone who came along to our annual Bring a Friend BBQ evening. The weather was perfect, the food was excellent and it was great to see so many families and friends enjoying the evening together.
Our U14 boys were presented with the Michael ‘Roly’ Towey Memorial Shield and medals which they won in Tyrone during our tour to Ireland 2026. A brilliant achievement and a proud moment for the team & club. We also had great fun with our very first Poc Fada competition which brought plenty of laughs and friendly rivalry.
A huge thank you to our friends at Clonakilty who very generously provided the sausages and black-and-white puddings. They went down very well and helped to make the evening even more enjoyable. Thank you again to everyone who supported the event.💚🤍

Yesterday’s Inaugural Gael Londain Schools’ Tournament was nothing short of an extraordinary celebration of community, sport, and the Club’s 10‑year journey. Across the afternoon, 248 players on 16 teams from primary and secondary schools within a 20‑minute drive of Hazelwood took to the pitches, many experiencing competitive Gaelic Football for the very first time. This tournament is the proud result of the Gael Londain School Outreach Programme, and its success has only strengthened our commitment to future tournaments and expanding opportunities for young people to play Gaelic games locally. A huge thank‑you to the teachers, club coaches, and volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this special day possible — a milestone moment for Gael Londain and for Gaelic Football in our community. This Friday, 5 June, is set to be a fantastic day at Hazelwood Centre - The Home of London Irish

Our inaugural schools tournament gets underway at 1.30pm, with 15 teams battling it out in what promises to be an exciting afternoon of Gaelic football!

Then, at 7.00pm, it’s time for training. Boys & Girls of all ages, regardless of experience are very welcome to join and try the sport.

To top off a brilliant day, we’ll be firing up the grill for our annual BBQ, generously sponsored by our good friends at Clonakilty Blackpudding

It’s going to be a great day of football & hurling, community, and craic – don’t miss it!💚🤍

Friday 5th June – Annual Bring a Friend BBQ! 🌭🍔

This year is extra special as we celebrate 10 years of Gael Londain!

It’s been an incredible first half of the season, with so many boys and girls taking part in fixtures and blitzes, and many proudly representing London at county level. We couldn’t be prouder of all our players and everything they have achieved.

To celebrate, we’re hosting our annual Bring a Friend BBQ this Friday, and we’d love your help to make it our biggest one yet!

🏐 Training starts at 7:00p. Open to all boys and girls who would like to try Gaelic Football for the first time
Followed by a BBQ afterwards for everyone to enjoy.

How you can help:
✅ Bring a friend (or several!)

✅ Tag parents who might be interested
✅ Share the poster on school, local WhatsApp, and community groups

Our goal is to welcome as many new children as possible to experience Gaelic Football and the fantastic community at Gael Londain.
