We have recently had our website updated and we would just like to take a moment to thank TiagoCR | Brand Designer and Web Developer for the amazing work he has done for us.

We weren’t looking for an upgrade but when a client suggested we have a chat with him we thought why not?

His knowledge and professionalism was immediately obvious but what made us take the plunge was the time he had taken to understand our business and what we needed.

We are so happy with how it’s turned out. Thank you Tiago 😊

At Kineticore we like to offer our members the chance to try other modalities that could complement their Pilates practice.

Ben Ash a super experienced Craniosacral therapist will be at the studio once a month offering treatments.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural rhythms to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance. It’s deeply relaxing and can be beneficial for both physical discomfort and emotional wellbeing.

There are two spaces left at 11am and 12:15 on Sunday 21st June.

Your first session is discounted to £50.

Julie previously worked in the film industry before moving into Yoga & Pilates.

She loves books, cooking, and a good kitchen disco, but isn’t a fan of late nights.
