So having a read and this caught my eye! 4 years in the making and 14 stone difference. But ultimately he took responsibility for his own health and most importantly DID something about it. The same article says that over 3.8 MILLION people are currently living with diabetes and 13 MILLION people over 16 are defined as obese, in the majority of cases small lifestyle choices will make a massive difference!!

So watching Eliud Kipchoge try and run a sub 2 hour marathon. Meaning he is running 5 km in less than 15 minutes throughout a WHOLE marathon. Crazy 1 hour 59 minutes 40.2 seconds ✔️✔️✔️

Swear I did do a heavier set (only 45kg), but a real test of mobility. This is I guess some form of a sotts press which I did from a front rack position but next attempt will be wider grip (sn**ch position) and from behind the head, fancy trying it.

Be aware not the easiest thing to do so start light (try a broom) and ease yourself into it. Equally if you can't do a overhead squat, front squat maybe master those first.
