Lewis has worked incredibly hard over the past six week to increase his strength and power in preparation for the football season ahead, but also for overall physical fitness.
Been a pleasure working with Lewis, always putting in the work every session which is why his re testing numbers have improved so quickly in a short space of time.
5RM Trapbar - 110kg to 130kg
Broad Jump - 2.2M to 2.52M
3RM Bench - 75kg to 85kg
Pull ups in 1 min - 16 to 18
15kg Weighted Plank Hold - 45 seconds to 1 minute 23 seconds
Lewis is now ready for our new block which will be adjusted based on beginning pre season with his football club.
