Most people cut when they should be improving.

Not every physique problem is solved by getting leaner.

Sometimes the issue isn’t body fat.

It’s a lack of muscle.

A lack of progression.

A lack of ex*****on.

Cutting too early hides that.

Because you don’t reveal a physique you haven’t built.

Sometimes the smarter move is to stay out of a deficit…

and actually improve.

Build first.
Reveal later.

The logbook tracks what matters:

Load.
Reps.
Ex*****on.
Progress.

Hard work is not enough.

Hard work that progresses is.

Most people train hard.

Fewer measure whether training is actually moving forward.

More food is not a growth strategy.

Better ex*****on is.

Most people do not need to eat more.

They need to train better.

Progress harder.

Recover properly.

An improvement phase should be controlled.

Performance should rise.

Bodyweight should be managed.

The physique should improve.

Build first.

Push food second.

Classic physiques are built, not given.

Not through better genetics.

Not through shortcuts.

Not through constantly searching for a new method.

They are built.

Through training with intent.

Eating with purpose.

Recovering properly.

And staying with the principles long enough for them to work.

That still works.

And it’s the standard I believe in.

Everyone should get photoshoot lean at least once in their life.

Not because you need to stay that lean forever.

But because of what it shows you:

what you’re capable of

how disciplined you can be

how far you can actually push yourself

Most people never experience that.

They sit in that middle ground:
“not completely out of shape… but not truly lean either”

And they never see what’s underneath.

Getting photoshoot lean isn’t easy
but that’s exactly why it matters.

It changes how you see yourself.

And once you’ve done it once…
you carry that standard forever.
