ποΈ Barbells β Strength and conditioning to tone, sculpt, reduce body fat, and build lean muscle β with no jumping.
π BELLY β 45 minutes dedicated to your core and midsection, helping to build strength, improve posture, enhance stability, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.
π₯ Beats β Our wild, joy-filled percussion workout using weighted drumsticks, packed with carnival vibes and serious stress-busting energy.
No judgement, no expectations, and if you're not feeling the end-of-class photo, that's absolutely fine too. The important thing for me is that you get the most out of your workout and leave sweaty and happy.
