➡️ We are all different
❌ I rarely highlight individual achievements from my group sessions because success looks different for every person who walks through the door.
⚠️ For some, it’s simply getting through a tough day.
🍼 For a new parent, it might be finding an hour of adult conversation and a space that’s just for them.
✅ For others, it’s training for their first HYROX, losing weight, building muscle, improving confidence, or learning to have a healthier relationship with their body.
⁉️Over the years, coaching everyone from children to adults in their late 70s has taught me one thing: everybody has a purpose, and everybody’s why is different.
💪🏼Yes, I can help you lift heavier, run faster, and hit personal bests. But that’s never been the sole reason behind F I T.
🫵 I coach so people can feel proud of themselves. Proud of what their bodies can do. Proud of showing up, even when life is hard.
♥️ To the new mum feeling isolated. To those battling mental health challenges or a difficult relationship with food. To those who don’t feel valued, confident, or strong enough. Let me tell you that you are!
