Terry Edmonds (Long Range Angler) will be here at Todber Manor Fisheries Tuesday 20th August between 9am and 4pm.

This is a free event for all to attend!

If you need tips to improve your casting range or accuracy then this is your perfect opportunity! Korda Developments Kaizen Green Rods will be supplied on the day and it is generally a great day to get some expert advice on not just casting, but all things fishing too!

Booking for the casting day is not required so all you need to do is turn up!

There will be food and drink onsite during the day and we will still have some spaces left on the lakes too if you want to fish!

Great Last Minute Offer

Free Fishing on Match Lakes when booking a new holiday at Cow Shed Cottages.

Due to a number of unfortunate cancellations we have some last minute availability in the cottages that we wish to fill.

Anyone who books a last minute break for June, July or August shall receive free fishing on any of the match lakes - Ash, Firs, Hill View, Homeground and White Post. (Normally £35 a person per week. Subject to match bookings and availability)

As of May 1st there will be a price increase across all the specimen lakes and Wadmill.

We have put of changing the prices of our lakes for a long while but due to a steep hike in price increases for stone etc for swims / track and the ongoing costs of simply running a fishery we have had to make some changes.

Any bookings made before May 1st will be charged at the old prices.

New Lake prices:

Big Hayes, Little Hayes, Willow Bank and Paddock:
24 hours - £35.
48 hours - £70.
Day Tickets £17.50.

Wadmill:

24 hours - £30.
48 hours £60
Day Tickets £15. (Same price)

Match lakes £10 (Same price)

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of our first ever lakes- Whitepost Top and Bottom Lakes. We are offering free fishing every Tuesday throughout April and May on the match lakes (Excluding Ash Lake).

All you need to do is like and share this post and show us on your phone the Tuesday you come to fish. This voucher is redeemable every Tuesday. (This covers you for one rod, and you must have a valid EA Rod License). You MUST check in at the shop first.

Check out our new page - Lakeside Kitchen at Todber Manor.

As many of you are aware, we are having a large onsite kitchen/bar built next to the shop. This will cater for all of our anglers and public too. As well as this we are installing a new shower and toilet block too.

Keep an eye on this new page to see the progress!

Christmas Shop Open Hours.

Christmas Eve - 8am - 2.30pm
Christmas Day - Closed
Boxing Day 8am - 10am
27th - 30th open as normal
New Years Eve - 8am - 2.30pm
New Years Day - Closed
January 2nd onwards open as normal.

Fishing is open as normal throughout. It can get busy between Christmas and New year so it can be worth booking the specimen lakes in advance on the website.

As of immediate effect, the Lakeside Diner has now closed. We would like to thank Arnie & Sarah for their brilliant service over the past few years and wish them all the best at The Fontmell Pub.

We have takeway numbers in the shop that deliver and you can get some sweet treats too from Cakingyourday delivered to the lakes.

Watch this space though, as we have exciting news for the new year regarding a new food outlet opening at the fishery!

***Job Opportunity***

We are looking for a full-time member of staff to work 5 days including some weekends and bank holidays with 28 days holiday, to turn their hand at anything within a growing business.

The ideal person would be happy working around the fishery doing bailiffing tasks, and doing shop work too using tills and answering calls. You will be on your feet for a lot of the day. There will be days where you will need to work in the warehouse too packing and unpacking orders.

We are looking for someone who is good with people, enthusiastic and works well within a team. A knowledge of fishing is essential.

Notice to all anglers. You MUST report to the shop to sign in before fishing.

If you have not checked in before commencing fishing, you may be asked to move to cater for the anglers who have signed in first.

We have 3 fishing start times, 9am, 1pm and 5pm. There is no need to get here any earlier than when we open at 8am because you won't be able to start fishing till 9am.
