Enjoying the special Autumn light and the energy that comes with this time of year…

🍁In my classes we are practicing grounding sequences to settle the Vata ( in Ayurveda Vata is the dosha associated with autumn…cooler clear light windy mobile drying )

🍁My classes are small…up to 9 in the studio, well ventilated but warm, everyone has enough space…come join me, if I haven’t seen you for a while or if we haven’t met 🙏

It’s much more hygienic to use your own mat however, but if you use ours we ask you to spray and hang it after use 🙏

Sometimes yoga is a relaxing camping trip with walking boots🥾swimming 🏊‍♂️costume and a good book 📚
