A few years ago I started writing a SIMPLE EASY TO FOLLOW, NO BS, PRACTICAL FOR EVERY DAY PEOPLE LOOKING TO GET IN SHAPE & LEARN THE BASICS BOOK.

It was to be called BULLET PROOF YOUR BODY AS YOU AGE 💪🏻

Im thinking of getting back to it and finally finishing it & putting it out as an e-book.

Just after peoples thoughts? And whether this would be useful to individuals as a blueprint for your training.

It would be based around knowledge I have gained from working with the best trainers and sportspeople in the world 🙌🏻

Keep your nutrition SIMPLE 🤘

As I will be celebrating birthday later with maybe a piece of cake 🍰 I fit that CHEAT style food?! If that’s what you want to call it 😉 into my plan.

So for breakfast I had a few eggs on a slice of whole meal bread, lunch was some fish and a small portion of rice and peppers and I had a whey protein shake after training 💪🏻

As you can see I’ve kept the carbs and fats down, but kept the protein on the higher side to maintain muscle.

Which means tonight I can HAVE MY CAKE & EAT IT 🤩🎂

As for me I still have at least 1000 calories left to eat and still be in a big deficit.

As always KEEP IT SIMPLE, TRAIN HARD, BUT FOR THE ❤️ OF SWEET BABY JESUS ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

I spent 10 years plus eating from Tupperware and sneaking off to my car to eat a pack of chicken, protein bars etc…. And let me tell you I was MISERABLE 😭
If your entering a bodybuilding show or trying to get your bodyfat levels into single figures then of course these things do have to be done ☑️ but for the other 99.9% of the population this isn’t the goal.

To have a HEALTHY BODY & LOOK GOOD, FEEL CONFIDENT & MOST IMPORTANTLY BE CONSISTENT FOR THE FORSEABLE FUTURE STICK TO THE BASICS & EAT A VARIETY OF NUTRITIOUS FOODS, AND KEEP ROUGHLY IN YOUR MACROS / CALORIE GOALS & YOU WILL SUCEED 👏🏻🏋🏻‍♂️
