Anukala Yoga Community Michael began practicing Hatha Yoga through Hot Yoga (Hatha Yoga postures performed in a heated environment) in 2012.

Suited to the time, Anukala Yoga Community (AYC) is your comprehensive source for all things Yoga, delivering relevant Yogic methods and Eastern philosophy to modern practitioners. Before moving on to practice with Isha Foundation. After training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Hypnotherapy and other Holistic practices, he left his 19-year career in the hospitality industry and travelled to India to be

come certified to teach Yoga, in early 2020. During the 2 1/2 years spent living in the country’s jungles, temples and ashrams, Michael trained in various spiritual disciplines and, under his Guru's guidance, became certified to teach Yogasanas, pranayam and meditative techniques. Michael has now returned to the UK to share the knowledge and training he acquired with others interested in learning the time-honoured, exact science of Yoga.
