Stroud dojo is a friendly group of mixed age and s*x. All abilities are welcome, whether you've trained in martial arts before or this is the first time, you'll receive a warm and friendly welcome. Classes are taken by Shidoshi Stuart Wraith. Stuart has been training in the Bujinkan since around 1992 (the exact date he started is lost in the mists of time) and was awarded his 5th Dan by Soke Masaa

ki Hatsumi while visiting Japan in 2008. The class covers techniques of the different schools (ryuha) of the Bujinkan, looking at Taijutsu (body movement) as well as training in a variety of different weapons. Focus is given every week to basic movement and techniques which is essential for students of all levels. Training is on a Wednesday evening 6pm - 7pm for juniors (7-15yo) and 7pm - 9pm for Seniors (16+) at the Centre for Science and Art in Lansdown, Stroud (opposite the library). Students looking to train can come along for a FREE session so that they can see if it is right for them. (please contact beforehand if you are looking to attend)
