Nailsworth Tennis Club Nailsworth Tennis Club has 3 tennis courts for everyone to enjoy no matter your age or ability. The club offers lessons to both juniors and adults.

Nailsworth Tennis Club offers a full coaching programme for both adults and junior through our Head Coach Joe Waters. He is an LTA Level 3 coach and offers individual as well as group lessons. Joe recently won LTA Gloucestershire Performance Coach of the year and is ready to help you on your tennis journey. Nailsworth Tennis Club also offers two club sessions each week, Thursday 6pm onwards and Saturday afternoon 2:30-5.

The new coaching term run by myself will restart the week commencing 5th September (today). In terms of the sessions I will be running, I have made a few changes due to the numbers in the groups I have been running;

Tuesdays-

10:15-11:15-Ladies Morning

Fridays

10-11-Home Education Tennis Group

Sundays-

9-9:45-Reds-4-6 yr olds

9:45-10:45-Orange/Green-7-10 yr olds

10:45-11:45-Juniors-11-16

With regards to the Ladies Morning, I only have 1 player sometimes 2 coming along so if this doesn't gain more interest between now and December I will probably have to stop this group running and just run indvidual lessons that morning as well as on Thursday mornings as I didn't have much interest in the mixed doubles group either, which is also the same for the adult group on Sunday 11:45-12:45 so I now just have individual junior lessons then instead. If this is something that would interest you or someone you may know please let me know asap and then I can try my best to set these groups back up again.

Its Megan Butterworth from Nailsworth Tennis Club. I just wanted to give a quick update on the coaching programme at the club but also a reminder about what we are offering at the club too!

We are offering something to all adult players of any age and ability;
Tuesdays: Ladies 'Coffee and Cake' Session 11-12-£5 per session. We started this on Tuesday but more players are welcome
Thursdays: Mixed 'Art of Doubles' Session 11-12-£5 per session. We are yet to start this session as need more players.
Sundays: 'Technique Top-Up' Session 11:45-12:45-£5 per session. We have started this session but more players are welcome.
