I practiced Ashtanga Yoga for years but still really struggled with pain and a lack of energy and continued to rely on outside practitioners for healing. I am not a purist of Kundalini, but rather, I try and distill the beauty and wisdom of the practice so that it resonates with all who are called to it. I hope to hold space in such a way that all who join me on this journey have the power and fr

eedom to meet the class in whatever way is right for them. It is not my journey, it is yours. I am here to light your path so that you may become the conduit for your own healing and the teacher of your own learning. Kundalini yoga uses physical exercises, mantra, music, and breath work to open our hearts, tame our egos, strengthen our bodies and meet ourselves with unconditional love and the deepest compasssion. I am passionate about connecting to the energy around us and in us to support the body’s infinite capacity to heal. Kundalini yoga realigns the body with the intrinsic wisdom of our cells and activates our energy centres for deep and lasting change.

As we come into this realignment, we begin to truly understand what we need to thrive. In short, with kundalini yoga we begin creating a life that heals us.

As a kundalini yoga teacher I have one clear intention — to help clients tap into the healing energy of their own divine intelligence to live a more fully empowered, authentic and joyful life.

My classes are 1.5 hours long consisting of a pranayama (breathing exercise), warm-ups, a kriya (physical exercises), savasana (relaxation), and finishing with a mantra meditation (chanting). Suitable for all levels.

I am Texan-born but have lived in the UK for 21 years. I am a mother to five children, and am also an energy healer, tarot reader, and breastfeeding counselor.

Community rate---classes are by donation.

I have some lovely kriyas planned over the next few weeks that will be focusing on releasing fear, removing body blocks, clearing our lymphatic system --so lots of spring cleaning as we begin to bloom with the daffodils....
