Current obsessions 💁🏻♀️
1 - Pomegranate juice. I’ve been hitting the partying hard recently and although nothing will ever beat a good nights sleep, balanced diet and movement, I’ve wanted to give my body every bit of support it can get. This is a powerful antioxidant.
2 - A kiwi (or 2) a day with the skin on. All about the antioxidants and fibre at the moment; great for the gut = glowing skin.
3 - This moisturiser. My skin has become more sensitive with age, it hates any form of retinol and lots of products I was using were leading to perioral dermatitis. This came recommended to me by the queen of skin .x as a gentle but effective moisturiser and it’s done wonders for my skin (along with the insane results from her microneedling)
4 - 12/3/30. I HATE running, sorry, but it’s literally the most boring form of exercise on the planet. I used to force myself to do it for heart and lung health but I’d always end up with shin splints and achey joints. Instead for my cardio I do a 30 min, 12 incline, 3mph (4.8kph) and it’s been such a great addition to my workout plan. And so much better for my hormones too. Try it 4x a week and thank me later 😘
