This will be our final draw for free entry to the National Masters, and this time we will be giving away 2 tickets.

Please feel free to join us without charge on our open mat sessions this month, where we will show you bjj techniques to break someons grips on you, manage distance, disengage and get to safety. This is not learning to fight- this is aimed at giving people techniques to minimise and defend against untrained violent people.
