Music teaching is about so much more than the dots on the page. One thing its about is connectivity. Making connclections with other humans through our shared love of music.
This week I was privileged to go to the wedding of one of my former students. That he thought enough of my influence in his life for me to be on his guest list, blew me away. And what a joy to see how he is journeying down the road of life, composing and passionate about communicating through music. And now with his beautiful new wife, also a talented musician.
