Rich is well known for being one of the very best in the area for his knowledge and instruction on footlocks! Love how we see watching intently in this first pic - then going on to win gold in the Devon Open at the weekend with footlock submissions - likewise for .fitness who narrowly missed out on gold having won 2 matches with footlock subs. Well done lads!
Nothing makes Rich more happy and proud than sharing his expertise to help his students develop and succeed!
