Just a reminder that we are holding the following holiday sessions over summer.

We would also now like to invite any siblings, family or friends to attend. For ages 4 to 16.

These are pay as you go sessions and are £5.00 per session, payable before.

Our gymnastics star of the month for June was Clementine.

Just a reminder that we will be finishing for the summer holidays on Saturday 18th July. We will return to normal sessions week commencing Monday 7th September.

Emails went out last week to renew your space for September, if you haven't yet completed the form please can this be done as soon as possible.

We have some recreational trampolining session on over the Summer holidays. These are pay as you go sessions and are £5.00 per session. Times will be either 5 to 5.55 or 6 to 6.55pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 3 to 3.55 or 4 to 4.55 on Fridays. Please see poster for available dates. To book a space please email [email protected].

A huge congratulations to all of our gymnasts who competed in the League Qualifiers this season. Your hard work, determination and commitment have made us incredibly proud. Every performance was a fantastic achievement. 💙

To conclude our weekend, Italia competed in the very competitive 13–14 League 2 category.
After successfully competing a new move in her second routine, she qualified for the finals in an impressive 2nd place! 👏
Following another fantastic routine in the final, Italia finished in an excellent 4th place.
A huge well done, Italia! 🤸⭐️💙

Massive congratulations to everyone who competed today in Cardiff at the National League competition, loads of amazing results and personal achievements. A few brain farts 🧠 💨 but handled with calm heads and pragmatism ❤️ As always really proud of you all for your performances, teamwork, attitude and supportiveness.

9-10 girls
Storm 19th, Lily 23rd and Dilly 30th out of 39 competitors. 4th team. Storm and Dilly both competing in the first national competition and Lily improving her time of flight by over a second! 🎉

11 girls
Betty doing 2 solid routines in her first national competition and Dilly doing beautiful bits of routines but with a few rogue straight jumps!

12 girls
Thora 15th, Imani 20th, Indi 35th and Molly 43rd out of almost 50, all improving their time of flight scores, Molly by almost a second 🙌 Imani and Indi completing new skills, Thora her highest ever league competition position and securing second place team 🎉

15 girls
Kaya 15th, Jess 41st, Luna 47th out of 52, Aish 25th on her second routine score. All improving on the time of flight scores and Luna competing a new skill 🙌 Securing 3rd place team 🥳

17-18 girls
Phillippa 9th (her best ever league position) Lily 22nd, Sami 26th, Sami improving her time of flight by almost a second and Lily competing a new skill. Secured first team position 🥇

I know quite a few of our members have these toys so please be aware…

⚠️ Urgent recall: Squeezy Dumplings toys are being recalled due to a serious chemical risk.

Testing found that the outer layer contains excessive levels of benzene.

If inhaled, benzene can cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. Exposure to larger amounts may also cause a burning sensation in the digestive tract and skin irritation.

Affected product:
Squeezy Dumplings

The product is sold in a plastic basket-style pot containing a single soft plastic dumpling.
No batch numbers or product identifiers are provided on the product or packaging.

If you have this product, stop using it immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.

Looks like this week is going to be very hot. Please make sure your child brings plenty of water and wears lose fitting clothes, no crop tops please. We do have big fans going in the hall to hopefully keep us all cool.
