This Week's Theme of the Week is Fast and Slow! 🐬🐢

Our little ones will be exploring how shifting speeds can build their coordination, body awareness and water control

Learning through play helps make big concepts easier to understand, helping kids build confidence and key skills in the most fun way possible

We can't wait to see your speedy rockets, quick kicks, gentle floats and big smiles in the pool this week!

Our new term is just around the corner and we have a few spaces left

This Week's Theme of the Week is Strong Cores!

Maintaining balance in a fluid environment requires constant tiny adjustments from the abdominal and back muscles. A strong core becomes the anchor for everything else: sitting up, crawling and eventually walking.

From those early stages of lifting their head and tummy time, through to pulling up and standing... those strong cores help develop better posture, gross motor skills, balance and coordination.

As our Baby Squids grow into toddlers and preschoolers, that core strength becomes even more important. It helps them stay stable in the water, maintain body position, kick efficiently and build the confidence they need as they start swimming more independently and eventually unaided.
