🔧 WE’RE HIRING – MECHANICAL LIFT ENGINEER 🏔️

We’re looking to hire a Mechanical Lift Engineer to join our team at The Lecht for the upcoming winter season.

If you have a strong mechanical background, practical engineering experience and fancy working somewhere a little different this winter, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous ski lift experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Lecht Last Lap today!

Unfortunately, the best part of the day was a little foggy and visibility was tricky, but we hope you all still had a fantastic time on the hill.

We’re looking forward to sharing more of the exciting developments at The Lecht over the next few months, and welcoming you all back next summer for more days on the hill.

Come and join us for one final lap of the season before we close the mountain bike trails for winter preparations! 🙌

Morning, wee reminder the Mountain Bike Trails are closed today, the cafe is open serving, breakfast rolls, light lunches, coffee and cake. The trails will be open on Sunday 9.30 til 4pm.

The following is taken from EasyLoop
"The special design of the easyLOOPsystem allows it to transport any type of bike—whether it's cross-country, all-mountain, enduro, freeride, e-bike, or downhill bike—without any additional components. It makes no difference whether the bike has an ahead stem or a direct-mount stem on a dual-crown fork."

However we have found that certain dual-crown forks do not work as well. Picture One with the smooth stem do not attach as well to the easy loop system.

We are currently looking into adapter attachments for this.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our mountain bike trails and EasyLoop uplift will not be open on SATURDAY

We’re sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause, particularly to anyone who had been planning a trip to see us.

our cafe will still be open in Saturday and our Mountain bike trails will be back open on Sunday and then again on Wednesday 26th August, running through to our Lecht Last Lap end-of-season event on Saturday 29th August! 🎉🚵

We hope to see plenty of you back on the hill next week to enjoy a few final laps and help us round off our first summer season in style.
